Annual Meeting
The Preserve Communities Master Association Board of Trustees annually. This years annual meeting will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. via Teams. All homeowners of the Preserve Communities Master Association are encouraged to attend. The Board provides a community update on 2025 and projects scheduled for 2026.
The information below will show the 2026 Nominations, Proxy Ballot for those who are unable to attend the meeting and the ballot. Please print, fill out and return no later than May 1, 2026 to the Property Manager Jennifer Grooms at jgrooms@ohioequities.com or via US Rregular Mail to 8000 Walton Parkway, Suite 250, New Albany, Ohio 43054. We also have a drop box just inside the front doors to our building if you prefer to drop this off in that secure drop box.
The Property Manager will forward the Teams link prior to the meeting.
