Welcome to the Preserve Communities Master Association!
The Preserve Communities Master Association (PCMA) has over 1,800 homes. The primary purpose of the Master Association is to maintain and beautify the scenic corridors of the community, including the asphalt leisure trails and white 4 rail horse fences in these areas. Also, the Association is responsible for some of the entrance features (signage, irrigation, pergolas, lighting, etc.), tree preservation areas, gazebo & park. There are 8 sub-associations that rest within the Preserve Communities Master Association and are often managed by separate management organizations that maintain the interior of the various communities.
As a resident you may find yourself questioning exactly where your funds are being allocated. It is our hope that the information provided to you, here at www.PCMHOA.org, will help to answer many, if not all, of your questions.
